°° Aware of the roles of the teachers as a curricular how do you perceive your role as a curricular?

As a future teacher I will need to know everything, and I will be a writer, innovator, planner and evaluator.
The teachers takes a consideration to planning a curriculum. If I build my own curriculum I must be include     these to my plan, the learners, materials, time, content and desired learning outcomes. If my curriculum was implemented it requires the open mindedness and full belief that it will enhance learning. I as a curricular I need to know also the different cultures of my students to conveys me what to do and what they need inside the classroom.

• Some of the teachers of the K12 Program are not aware and prepared in the implementation of the new curriculum, which functions were not played by the teacher considering that case? Why?

The function that is not played by the teacher in the implementation of the new curriculum is being an INNOVATOR. Although some teachers are already exposed in technologies, there are some teachers who are still on the use of traditional technologies. Some reasons are being afraid to destroy the given technology and another one is  they don’t know how to use the given technology. I believe that teachers must be awaken because using technologies gives a more practical and more advance learning that every student can get.

INDIVIDUAL RFLECTIONS  1. If you are to build a school, which curriculum are your priorities. Name three and explain why. I f I build my own school, I will focus or prioritized the Taught, written, and learned curriculum. Which is if I combined these three curriculum I predict what is the possible results of this because in taught curriculum the learner is not out from the topic because the teacher should have a good lesson plan to teach the lesson clearly. In Written curriculum this is the process which is need to be develop the concepts, knowledge, skill, attitude, and the actions of the students. If they developed this five essentials elements of written curriculum there's a possibility to learner to become excellent. Last is the Learned Curriculum. We all know that some of teachers used the traditional way of teaching. This curriculum there is a big help to the school because I believe to John Dewey, "Learning by doing" so this is the best way to the student...
